Service Description

We offer a special class or one-on-one class for those who would like to get that body back in shape. The class is all based on fitness in the karate, kickboxing and mma environment.

Cancellation Policy

When a booking have been made you can cancel 24 prior before the date and time scheduled. Note that if there was no cancellation and no one attended the scheduled booking the fee will still be applicable to the person who made the booking.
